- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
- semi-sweet chocolate squares - 3 (1
How to make chocolate eclairs:
Preheat oven to 400°. Bring into a boil 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup water. Add 1 cup flour. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each one. Spread over a greased cookie sheet with sides. Bake 15 to 25 minutes.Mix 2 packages pudding, 1 1/2 cups milk, 8 ounces Cool Whip and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Spread on crust and chill for 2 hours.
Melt and mix 3 squares of chocolate, 4 tablespoons of butter, confectioners sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon of milk. Add up to 2 tablespoons of milk, but no more than two. Drizzle on top with a wire whisk.
