- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- butter
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- light corn syrup - 2 tsp
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- boxes instant French vanilla pudding - 2 oz
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Topping:2 Tbsp. butter6 Tbsp. cocoa2 tsp. light corn syrup1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk Mix pudding and milk with mixer until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. In 9 x 13-inch dish, place layer of crackers, 1/2 of pudding, layer of crackers, 1/2 of pudding and layer of crackers.Mix the topping mixture over heat and pour over crackers.
