Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- white Karo syrup - 2 Tbsp
- French vanilla instant pudding
- homogenized milk
- honey graham crackers - 1 pt
- dark chocolate unsweetened, melted
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Frosting:2 sq. dark chocolate (unsweetened), melted2 Tbsp. oleo2 Tbsp. milk2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Cake: Butter a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan. Cover bottom with layer of crackers. Mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold into Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 mixture over crackers; add another layer of crackers. Pour remaining mixture over crackers. Top with more crackers (a layer).Frosting: Mix all together. Spread evenly on cake. Refrigerate 48 hours before serving. Enjoy.
