  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • cold milk - 3 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • Spread evenly on 9 x 13-inch pan

How to make chocolate dessert:

Soften margarine and combine with flour and nuts. Spread evenly on 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.Filling:1 c. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 c. Cool Whip2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding3 c. cold milk Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread over top. Beat pudding and milk. Spread on cream cheese layer. Add rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
