Chocolate delight
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- instant chocolate pudding - 2 pkg
- nuts - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- cold milk - 3 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make chocolate delight:
Mix flour, oleo and 1/2 cup chopped nuts together and pat in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread on cool crust. Spread carefully as crust breaks easily.
Mix the pudding and milk together, following directions on box except use only 3 cups of milk. Spread on top of other layers. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
