Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• packed brown sugar - 1 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 1/4 c
• vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• baking cocoa - 2 Tbsp

How to make chocolate cobbler:
