Chocolate chip coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- walnuts, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate chip coffee cake:
Preheat oven to 350°.Cream butter. Slowly add sugars, creaming until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream. Combine morsels, nuts and cinnamon. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into glass pan or cake pan. Pour small amount of batter onto chocolate chip mixture. Sprinkle chocolate chip mixture onto batter. Spread remaining batter in pan. Top with remaining chocolate chip mixture.
