Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- packed brown sugar
- dairy sour cream
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- Bisquick - 3 c
- finely chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- soft margarine - 1/4 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c - 1 pkg
- Streusel Filling - 1 item
How to make chocolate chip coffee cake:
Streusel Filling:1/4 c. packed brown sugar1/4 c. finely chopped nuts1 tsp. cinnamon Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan. Prepare Streusel Filling. Mix the brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon until crumbly. Reserve.Mix the other ingredients except chocolate chips and powdered sugar. Beat vigorously 1 minute. Spread 1/3 of batter in pan and sprinkle with 1/2 of Streusel Filling and 1/2 of chocolate chips. Repeat. Spread with remaining batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 12 servings.
