Chocolate cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 4 Tbsp
• water - 1 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• self-rising flour - 2 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• stick oleo - 1 item
• Wesson oil - 1 c
• Bring to a boil the next 4 ingredients and boil 1 minute; stir
• a little water if too dry - 1 item

How to make chocolate cake:

Mix flour and sugar well; set aside. Bring to a boil the next 4 ingredients and boil 1 minute; stir. Pour this over flour and sugar mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; mix. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan. (Grease and flour pan.)Icing:4 Tbsp. cocoa4 Tbsp. milk1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar a little water if too dry Bring first 4 ingredients to boil. Mix with powdered sugar. Leave cake in pan and pour icing over hot cake. Leave until cool. Serve from baking pan.
