Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- grated onion - 1 item
- spareribs - 4 lb
- bottle soy sauce - 1 oz
How to make chinese spareribs:
Split spareribs lengthwise. Marinate in soy sauce overnight. Drain. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then onion. Cover with pineapple and bake in covered casserole pan at 400° for 1 1/4 hours, until tender. Separate each rib for finger eating.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beginner cook, Oven.
