Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- 1 lb - 4 c
- eggs* - 10 item
- butter, melted and cooled - 1/2 c
How to make chile egg puff:
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend all ingredients except chilies, then add the chilies. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or until lightly brown on top and firm.*Can use Egg Beaters if preferred.
