Ingredients/Components
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise
- apricot preserves - 2 Tbsp
- white seedless grapes - 2 c
- cooked chicken, cut into large cubes - 3 c
How to make chicken salad:
Combine chicken, celery and grapes in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, preserves and milk. Pour over chicken mixture and gently mix. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.This is delicious served with cantaloupe, cut in rings or wedges. Serves 8 to 10.
