Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- dried parsley flakes - 1 2
- diced cooked chicken
- finely minced onion - 2 tsp
- salad dressing or mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 4 item
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
- halved green grapes - 1/2 c
How to make chicken salad:
Combine chicken, bacon, water chestnuts, celery and grapes in a large bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; add to salad and toss to coat. Chill until serving. Yields 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
