Creamy coleslaw
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- white wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- hot pepper sauce - 1/2 tsp
- celery seed - 2 tsp
- head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- sugar or to taste
- small carrots, grated - 2 item
How to make creamy coleslaw:
In a large bowl, mix cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaise and milk together. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour over vegetables. Coat well; refrigerate until serving time.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
