- egg, beaten - 1 item
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 8 oz
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- can College Inn chicken broth - 8 oz
- boneless chicken breast halves, cubed - 4 item
How to make chicken nuggets:
Dip chicken cubes in egg, then crumbs. Brown in oil. Put in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Pour broth over chicken and add mushrooms. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°. Makes 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Chicken, Main dish.
