Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- Topping:1/4 c
- to 6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked - 4 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Sauce:1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup1/2 c. Cheddar cheese1/3 c. evaporated milk2/3 c. mayonnaise1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. curry powder Melt until cheese melts.Topping:1/4 c. bread crumbs3 Tbsp. butter, melted Mix together.Layer broccoli, then chicken, then sauce and then cover with topping. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Can be made ahead and baked later.
