Chewy oatmeal bars

Ingredients/Components

• oleo - 1 c
• brown sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• quick oats - 2 c
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• pkg - 1 oz

How to make chewy oatmeal bars:

Cream oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Mix flour, soda and salt together. Add to above mixture and mix well. Spread batter in greased jelly roll pan. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over the batter. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
