Cherry enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- water - 1 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 6 item
How to make cherry enchiladas:
Spray 8 x 10-inch baking dish with Pam. Spoon cherry pie filling in each tortilla and fold in dish with folded side down. In saucepan, add 1 cup water, sugar and margarine. Bring to a boil and pour over tortillas. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. I cover mine for 30 minutes with foil to keep the tortillas from getting hard and then uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
