- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- graham crackers, crushed - 1 c
How to make cherry cheese cake:
Combine graham crackers, butter and powdered sugar, mixing well. Pat into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Beat until blended and pour over the crust mixture. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Cool and top with cherry filling and refrigerate. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cherries.
