Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • maraschino cherry juice - 2 Tbsp
  • bottle maraschino cherries, chopped fine - 8 oz

How to make cherry bread:

Mix all gently. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a regular loaf pan or 45 minutes in two medium loaf pans.
