  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
  • low calorie French dressing - 1/3 c
  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • torn lettuce - 6 c
  • hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 4 item
  • low calorie Italian dressing - 1/3 c
  • tomatoes, cut in wedges - 2 item
  • cooked ham, sliced - 4 oz

How to make chef salad:

Gently combine all ingredients except dressings in a salad bowl. Combine dressing and pour over salad. Toss gently. Serves 8. Contains 160 calories.
