Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- low calorie French dressing - 1/3 c
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- torn lettuce - 6 c
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 4 item
- low calorie Italian dressing - 1/3 c
- tomatoes, cut in wedges - 2 item
- cooked ham, sliced - 4 oz
How to make chef salad:
Gently combine all ingredients except dressings in a salad bowl. Combine dressing and pour over salad. Toss gently. Serves 8. Contains 160 calories.Recipe categories: Salads, Lettuces, Greens.
