Cheesecake bars
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 2/3 c
- margarine - 10 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
How to make cheesecake bars:
Cream margarine and brown sugar; add flour and nuts. Set aside half of this mixture; press remaining mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Blend granulated sugar and softened cream cheese. Add eggs, vanilla, milk and lemon juice; beat well. Pour over prebaked mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
