Cheesecake bars

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1 c
• pkg - 2 oz
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 2/3 c
• margarine - 10 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp

How to make cheesecake bars:

Cream margarine and brown sugar; add flour and nuts. Set aside half of this mixture; press remaining mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Blend granulated sugar and softened cream cheese. Add eggs, vanilla, milk and lemon juice; beat well. Pour over prebaked mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Allow to cool, then refrigerate. When chilled, cut into squares.
