  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • can refrigerated biscuits - 1 item

How to make cheeseburger casserole:

Combine ground beef and onion in skillet; cook until meat is lightly brown. Drain; add salt and pepper. Stir in catsup and tomato sauce. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. Place biscuits on top of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
