  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • box yellow butter flavored cake mix - 1 item

How to make cheese cookies:

Blend cream cheese, eggs and confectioners sugar. Mix well. Pour over the first layer. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes until crust is brown.

For the top layer, sprinkle powdered sugar. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
