  • pkg - 2 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • pecans if desired - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Make sure cream cheese is soft before starting. Fork ingredients together well. Roll into a ball. Add pecans if desired. Chill and serve.
