Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of cayenne - 1 item
  • chopped onion fine - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped pecans to roll ball in - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and rest of seasonings. Mix well. Chill for a while. Then shape into ball and roll into finely chopped pecans. Place cherry on top (optional).
