Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • finely chopped nuts - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • chopped green peppers - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded sharp cheese - 2 c

How to make cheese ball:

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Chill. Shape into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts, dried ham or bacon bits.
