- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- hot sauce to taste - 1 item
- Blue cheese - 1 lb
- Worcestershire to taste - 1 item
- New York sharp Cheddar - 1 lb
How to make cheese ball:
Cream ingredients together. Divide into balls (chill before dividing). Roll in crushed pecans. Wrap tightly in foil or Saran Wrap to store. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
