Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- margarine or butter - 1/2 lb
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- garlic, minced - 1 tsp
- Blue cheese - 2 oz
- finely chopped pecans optional - 2 c
- chives to taste optional - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Allow cheeses and margarine to soften to room temperature. Mix all ingredients except nuts. Return mixture to refrigerator to harden slightly. Roll into 3 equal balls and roll in pecans.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
