Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- cayenne - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped onions - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- chives - 1 Tbsp
- Velveeta - 1 lb
- sharp Cheddar - 1 lb
- mild Cheddar - 1 lb
- chopped pecans with 1 Tbsp - 1 c
How to make cheese ball:
Blend all cheeses in food processor or using electric mixer until smooth. Add onion, Worcestershire, paprika, chives and pepper. Blend well. Shape into ball and roll in pecans and parsley. Chill until firm. Serve with any type cracker.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
