Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • softened cream cheese - 8 oz
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • sliced bananas - 2 item
  • container La Creme or Cool Whip - 1 item

How to make champagne salad:

Mix together softened cream cheese and sugar, then add strawberries and juice, bananas, pineapple, pecans and La Creme. Pour into 10 x 13-inch cake pan. Place in freezer. Let this salad sit out a while before serving and return unused portion to freezer. This is a delicious and refreshing salad.
