Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- lime jello - 1 pkg
- 7-Up - 2 c
- drained crushed pineapple - 1 c
- sliced bananas - 2 item
- Add 7-Up and chill until it molds off the spoon, then add bananas, pineapple and marshmallows
How to make 7-up salad:
Dissolve jellos in the boiling water. Add 7-Up and chill until it molds off the spoon, then add bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Let set in a large flat Pyrex dish (7 x 10-inch).Topping:1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1 c. pineapple juice1 beaten egg2 Tbsp. butter1/2 pt. whipping cream Mix sugar and flour. Gradually add pineapple juice. Cook until it thickens. Gradually add beaten egg. Cook 1 minute more. Add butter and cool. Whip whipping cream and fold into cooled pudding.
