Cashew cream

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• water - 2 c
• honey - 1 Tbsp
• raw cashews - 1 c
• arrowroot or cornstarch - 2 tsp

How to make cashew cream:

Blend all ingredients in a blender for one minute. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Use as a topping the same as you would whipped cream.
