Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 c
  • Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing - 1 item
  • carrots, peeled, diced and cooked until tender, drain - 1 lb

How to make carrot casserole:

Mix first 6 ingredients well and place in a buttered casserole. Top with dry stuffing. Bake 20 minutes at 350° or until bubbly.
