Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing - 1 item
- carrots, peeled, diced and cooked until tender, drain - 1 lb
How to make carrot casserole:
Mix first 6 ingredients well and place in a buttered casserole. Top with dry stuffing. Bake 20 minutes at 350° or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
