Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- oleo - 1/4 c
- white sugar - 2 c
- Karo syrup - 2 c
- canned milk - 2 c
- few grains salt - 1 item
How to make caramels:
Boil until heavy syrup. Add, but do not stop boiling, oleo and canned milk. Boil until hard ball stage; pour on buttered pan. Cut and wrap.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, American.
