  • paprika - 1 Tbsp
  • onion powder - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
  • ground red pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • whole thyme
  • black pepper - 3/4 tsp
  • whole oregano - 1/2 tsp

How to make cajun seasoning mix:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place in an airtight container. When boiling a pound of shrimp, season water with 2 tablespoons of mix. Use 1 tablespoon with 1 pound ground meat.
