  • oil - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • carrots, shredded - 2 item
  • bell peppers, sliced - 2 item
  • large onions, sliced in rings - 2 item
  • medium size cucumbers, sliced - 2 item
  • large cabbage head, cut up - 1 item
  • or 5 radishes, cut up - 4 item
  • Repeat this process until all ingredients are used

How to make cabbage salad:

In a large salad bowl, layer cabbage and then other ingredients. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used.Mixture To Pour Over Cabbage:1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1/4 c. oil Let mixture come to a boil; remove from heat and pour over salad. You can keep in refrigerator for several days. Serves 16 people.
