Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- carrots, shredded - 2 item
- bell peppers, sliced - 2 item
- large onions, sliced in rings - 2 item
- medium size cucumbers, sliced - 2 item
- large cabbage head, cut up - 1 item
- or 5 radishes, cut up - 4 item
- Repeat this process until all ingredients are used
How to make cabbage salad:
In a large salad bowl, layer cabbage and then other ingredients. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used.Mixture To Pour Over Cabbage:1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1/4 c. oil Let mixture come to a boil; remove from heat and pour over salad.
