- chopped nuts - 1 c
- water - 3/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- butterscotch instant pudding - 1 pkg
How to make butterscotch cake:
Topping:1 c. sugar1 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. cinnamon Combine cake mix, instant pudding, salad oil, water and eggs; mix for 3 minutes. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour 1/2 the batter in pan; sprinkle with 1/2 the topping. Pour the rest of the batter in the pan over topping.
