Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- cold water - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick oleo
How to make buttermilk brownies:
Frosting:1 stick oleo1/3 c. buttermilk2 Tbsp. cocoa1 box powdered sugar Sift flour, sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Bring oil and oleo to boil. Pour over dry ingredients until creamy; add buttermilk, water and soda and beat. Bake 10 minutes at 400° on a greased cookie sheet.Frosting: Cream together and spread over top.
