Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1 box
  • vegetable shortening
  • peanut butter
  • semi-sweet chocolate morsels - 1 bag
  • stick margarine, softened - 1 item

How to make buckeyes:

Mix peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and sugar; chill; roll into small balls and chill again. Place chocolate and paraffin or shortening in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate with toothpick.
