Broccoli ham casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- seasoned salt - 1/4 tsp
- instant chicken bouillon - 2 tsp
- cubed cooked ham - 2 c
- sliced onion rings
How to make broccoli ham casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter. Layer broccoli and onion in 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. In a 2-quart saucepan, saute celery in 1/4 cup butter; mix in flour, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and gradually add milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil about 1 minute and stir in ham. Spoon over vegetables. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
