- cottage cheese - 1 (12
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 oz
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Saute onion lightly in the butter. Mix above ingredients as listed. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed lightly with Pam. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes. Check in center for doneness. Can be cooked longer if necessary. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
