  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • frozen chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
  • Jiffy corn bread mix - 2 pkg

How to make broccoli corn bread:

Thaw broccoli. Beat eggs. Melt butter in 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch casserole dish. Mix other ingredients together and pour in dish. Bake 45 minutes in 375° oven. Enjoy.
