Broccoli bacon salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• vinegar
• raisins - 1 c
• mayonnaise - 1/3 c
• small red onion, chopped - 1 item
• large bunch broccoli - 1 item
• to 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 10 item

How to make broccoli bacon salad:

Dressing:3 Tbsp. vinegar1/3 c. mayonnaise1/3 c. sugar In a large serving bowl combine broccoli, onion, raisins and bacon; set aside. In a mixing bowl combine dressing ingredients. Just before serving, pour dressing over broccoli mixture. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
