Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- raisins - 1 Tbsp
- apples, peeled and sliced - 1 lb
- almonds, blanched and slivered - 1/2 c
- rolls your choice - 7 item
How to make bread pudding:
Slice rolls. Beat eggs with milk. Pour over rolls. Let stand 15 minutes. Grease a deep ovenproof dish. Spread a layer of bread mixture in dish. Sprinkle with raisins, almonds, apples, sugar and small pieces of butter. Continue until all ingredients are used up. Bake in a 300° oven for about 30 minutes.
