Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- flour - 5 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- oil or butter - 1 c
- box Raisin Bran flakes - 1 oz
How to make bran muffins:
Mix and store in refrigerator 2 days before using. Can be refrigerated 2 to 3 weeks and used gradually. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Bake 15 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
