Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 Tbsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 6 item
- m - 1 tsp
- white vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lean boneless pork - 2 lb
How to make braised pork:
Cut pork about 1 1/2-inch cube size. Wash and dry pork. Place meat in a covered stock-pot. Add all ingredients except water. Stir and add water. Stir. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes to 1 hour and liquid reduced to approximately 1 cup. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Pork loins.
