- jicama - 1 item
- avocados - 2 item
- Longhorn cheese - 1/2 lb
- sliced tomatoes - 2 item
- real lemon juice - 1 c
- large red onion - 1 item
- Jack cheese - 1/2 lb
- crushed red chilies - 1 tsp
- lemons - 2 item
How to make botanas:
Peel jicama and cut into 1 x 1/2-inch slices; cut avocados and both cheeses in 1-inch slices. Slice onions; cut lemons into 8ths. Put everything in a Tupperware bowl and let marinate for several hours. Serve cold as an appetizer or just something to snack on.
