  • cinnamon
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • raisins optional - 1/2 c

How to make cinnamon toast cake:

Topping:1/2 c. melted margarine1/2 c. sugar1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Sift together in mixing bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter, vanilla and raisins. Turn into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, well-greased and lightly floured on the bottom. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

Topping: Drizzle melted butter over cake. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
