Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- shortening - 4 Tbsp
- blackberries - 1 qt
How to make blackberry cobbler:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and shortening; add enough milk to make consistency of biscuit dough. In bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, spread blackberries sprinkled with 2 cups sugar; drop dough on top by large spoonfuls.
